Ideal starting point for reaching the main tourist resorts on the north coast (such as Sperlonga 15 km, Terracina 37 km, Circeo 55 km) and the south (Caserta with its Bourbon palace 85 km and Naples 95 km with its embarkations for islands of Capri and Ischia). The Villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people; it consists of two double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), two equipped kitchens and a large living room, all spread over two levels. From the terrace on the first floor you can enjoy the view of the whole gulf of Gaeta, while from the terrace/solarium on the top floor the gaze can be lost as far as the gulf of Naples and the Pontine islands.

You'll like it because you'll be surrounded by greenery, you won't have problems parking your car. Suitable for couples, business travellers. If you travel with your pet, a small supplement will be required. Given the location, a car is recommended, the first bus is 1 km away on a country road. The apartment is a studio flat of about 25sqm with a double bed - sofa, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. It is possible to park a car inside the property. The apartment will be at your complete disposal. IMPORTANT: the tourist tax (city tax) will be applied in the amount of € 3.50 per day per person which can be paid in cash upon your arrival.

We are in a beautiful residential area of private villas near the center of Rome, a good Naswille restaurant is 300 meters from the house, closed on Sundays. Nearby there is a private tennis club "Bel poggio Tennis Club" with a bar where you can have breakfast with a cappuccino. Nearby the Carrefour supermarket open 24 hours on the Via Flaminia in the Euclide center. The car is recommended, nearby the Saxa Rubra stop where you can leave the car, take the metro and arrive in Piazzale Flaminio (Piazza del Popolo) in 15 minutes in Fidene where to leave the car, take the metro and get to Roma Tiburtina, from here metro A or B to go throughout Rome.
